"Exceptional"

The hotel is located just minutes away from the Rome airport. The shuttle service from the airport was nice. Upon checking into the hotel we immediately felt relaxed. The checking staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly. We checked into a good size room, stored our luggage, and headed to the beautiful pool area for a drink and to relax. The pool area and garden is incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The restaurant and breakfast area look at onto the pool and gardens and it is wonderful. We were stressed after 15 days of traveling and needed this break. What a wonderful surprise!

I loved the shuttle service offered as it was easy and the drivers were so helpful! I also enjoyed the room service offered and how sweet the staff were.

I wish in the single room there was another table or surface to put things on but this is super minor!

It was beautiful! Loved the gardens and the pool area. The rooms were lovely and a nice size. The complementary breakfast was delicious.

Driving to the property, it doesn’t seem like a good area of town but once you drive up to the door, it’s completely different
