Holiday Inn Express Portland West/Hillsboro by IHG

A friend of mine and I stay here every year when we are on our way to Bandon for a tournament. We play a round up in Hillsboro and always enjoy our visit.

I love the location and that the back of the hotel faces large trees.

Ongoing problems with key cards. Housekeeping didn't clean for two days. Gluten free bread encased with gluten products. Receptionist went above and beyond to fix issues but these were not her problem to fix.

I like everything about this place, including breakfast, staff and service

Could be better with natural eggs.

Location was decent.

This hotel is not meant for travelers. No shades or drapes, so if you are looking to get a decent night's sleep, it will not happen here - especially if you have a room overlooking a parking lot. Your room is lit up all night long.

Clean and quite property. Rooms were decent only complaint was lack of parking. A big plus for our family was they had sticky white rice for breakfast!

Great service overall. We stay here a lot and always love it.
