"Liked location but property needs many improvements."

Location was good. Morning staff very friendly.

Was not clean at entrance, front door about to come off track, desk clerk didn't want to be there and unfriendly, elevator didn’t work and stains on stairway carpet.

Location was what we expected

Overall the property was run down, front door needs replaced, elevator not working, mold is AC, stairs carpet stained and night clerk wasn't very accommodating

"The male worker was the best and the sweetest. The 2 older women the next morning just didn’t care at all"

The make front desk clerk was nice and sweet and didn’t mind changing the room once I informed him that the air was out.

The next room we were put in was smelly. The air was not working and had to move to another room. The older woman on the next morning work crew wouldn’t come and fix the waffle maker for breakfast and said she didn’t care. She had an attitude once I asked could we go swim that morning and didn’t want to give us the key, she said she was the only one who could open the door and was rude about it.
