My room had bedbugs and couldn’t do anything until management arrived in the morning

I had to switch my first room because it smelled like pee and cigarettes once asked to move it was no problem but the next room had hair in the shower and the room smelled like gym sweat

The staff here was very pleasant and beyond hospitable. I would recommend this location to anyone. My family will definitely stay there again.

Great experience the staff were more than helpful & accommodating, very clean, quiet, breakfast bar was amazing, & my baby loved the indoor pool!

I mostly used the room for sleep. Breakfast was wonderful and very welcome. The only issue we had was the late arrival. I had the hotel check us in at 3pm, but when we arrived, we had a little difficulty getting our keys

The staff are super nice and helpful. The inside and outside are clean. We have stayed at multiple hotels and this is the friendliest and cleanest hotels. And, if you forgot anything they have everything that you need right there. Definitely a home away from home has a warm welcoming atmosphere. We will be staying with them again every time we come to Goldsboro.

Some reason the tv was not plug in the wall my friend had to reset the tv. Other than that the stay was nice.

Our first room, the bathroom had not been cleaned and they moved this into another room, which was missing some of the towels in the bathroom and there was also a terrible odor in the room
