When you stay at a motel, the expectations are pretty low. However, the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great! Not a bad stay.

They were rude

First off.. first staff was rude charge me extra for my daughter left room clean never gave me deposit back charge me 15$ for kid… an no we’re did say do that?

Rude staff smells

We drove all the way from Wisconsin to Houston, Texas. We decided to book a room here for a quick pit stop. We booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, manager (Robert is supposedly his name) said we had no reservation. After looking at our email- it did say that the reservation “failed”. So we decided to just book directly with him as it was late at night & we were exhausted. We get into our room & it was disgusting. Holes in the walls of the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen stuffed with toilet paper. Dirt all over the floors. Bed linens were a joke! I felt very unsafe as well. Windows don’t lock making it very easy for someone to break in. As this was a quick pit stop, we just sucked it up. However, this is when things continued to go downhill. At 11pm, we were all awakened by the hotel phone ringing. It was the manager telling us that the Expedia booking went through. We asked him to cancel & he never did. So we paid DOUBLE the amount for the same room. After talking with Expedia, they told us to take it up with the hotel & the hotel told us vice versa. In addition, they charged us not ONCE but TWICE for the $50 deposit. All in all, we spent well over $200 for our stay & it was terrible. Either keep driving or find another hotel. This family loves to take innocent travelers money & lacks serious accountability.

They have hidden fees like I had to pay an extra 55 dollars 50 I should get back but 5 I won't

It was clean workers were so nice great breakfast.They were very hepful I would stay here again .

Nothing

The fact are room was so nasty, I complained to the desk worker and he just said that's what I payed for, it was roaches greeting you at the door, the sheets had stains on them. I took pictures to show the manager but I never seen him.
