The bed - it was enormous and incredibly comfortable.

I arrived after a 16 hour journey from outside the USA (with a personal training session followed by 12 hour ED shift the day before) to head to a funeral the next day jet lagged. So tried to book a massage on arrival in the spa. You can’t book online, the time difference made a phone call difficult so I’d contacted reception to help. They asked for card details via email, which I wasn’t comfortable to send so asked for a booking link and had to chase a reply, only to be told I was now too late and the spa was fully booked. The spa was the reason I booked this particular hotel! Restaurant also not open for lunch (I planned to relax in the hotel the day of departure in the evening). Otherwise - I had a lovely stay.
