"Friendly staff and clean room but needs to be completely updated"

The location is great and the price was good

The place needs a complete overhaul. It's very tired and worn-out-looking. We used to live in JC and know how nice it used to be. They are letting it go. Hopefully, Marriott or Hilton will purchase it and revive it. There was paint chipping off the ceiling right above the bed. The mattress was not firm and slept hot. On a fair note, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.
