MCM Elegante Lodge & Suites Ruidoso

Everyone was amazing and the rooms were super clean. It was such a good time I am reserving my next stay as soon as I’m done with this review.

Disappointed in the way the room was cleaned. Arrived and long black hairs in the shower all shampoo and body soap containers empty. Reported it and said they would get the bathroom detailed while we were out. Came back and nothing had changed. Said the told room service manager and they said it was taken care of. We left again and was told while we were out that they had been in and took care of everything nothing was done. The lady at night said she was going to credit us some of our money but since we booked through Expedia she could not. Very disappointed that a higher in resort style hotel could not fulfill its promises.

Very nice people and good customer service And the place is very nice

We stayed here for one night during our trip to White Sands and our experience was nice. Very nice complimentary breakfast where you can order your omelette. Outside sitting place was nice, where you can see view of golf course and Elk grazing the grass.

The stay was awesome, I will definitely stay here again

Liked casual atmosphere and friendly employees. Liked quiet location.
