Accommodated our late arrival. Roomy bathroom. Toilet too low. Couldn't use Radisson Rewards because we booked through Expedia.

The reservation was canceled. We didnt find out until we were in town. Reservation was made through expedia. Hotel had no record of the reservation although we had an itinerary #. Not happy with Expedia. We had to make different arrangements.
Overall not a bad place to lay your head for a decent nigjts sleep. Comfy bed, nice office desk area, shower head could definately use a upgrade but overall it was ok.
When we first arrived I became concerned as the carpet and lobby are quite shabby and the elevator carpet is just awful. But upon entering the room we were relieved to see an upgraded, clean, and spacious accommodations Very good breakfast was provided
Room was extremely dingy, bathroom shower rod was barely attached to the wall. Mold in the shower
Great customer service and clean facilities
The staff are friendly, and the facility is decent. There are plenty of gas stations and dining options nearby. However, the only downside was a leak in the bathroom.
