The property was very clean. The kids enjoyed the food. It was a good stay.
When we walked into the hotel it smelled moldly/mildew. The room was terrible. We checked the mattresses and boxspring to find stains (unsure of what it was). We immediately checked out and the hotel attendant supposedly refunded us. I am waiting for the refund it should take a few days she said. For us this hotel was not acceptable. The area appears unsafe with woods and homeless holding signs by the hotel parking lot as we left.
Great stay for the price. Nice staff. Beautiful place. I would definitely stay there in the future 👍 ❤️
I believe that the hotel could use some sprucing up. The carpets need either a thorough cleaning or replacement. My room had signs of a previous water leak and was poorly patched. While at the hotel a contractor set off the Fire alarm and no warning was given to the customers of work being done and how to react to the alarm.
Great overnight stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and breakfast was good too!
The roo. was clean but.. .Air conditioner was very loud and noisy. We couldn't use the fan in the bathroom because it made a very loud squeaky noise the whole time. I feel we got the worse room in the hotel on June 28
Clean room, comfy bed!
1) The hallway door showed obvious signs of someone attempting to break in to gain entry. 2) The bathroom wall next to the commode was dirty and stained. 3) Around the tub, the plaster on the wall had holes with black mold, with more black mold in the crack on the floor and inside the tub. 4) The drawers to the dresser were chipped and worn and splintering. 5) Near the bed, the carpet molding strip was peeling off the wall. 6) The last ANNUAL certificate of inspection in the elevator was dated July 2023.
It was a good budget hotel in Richmond near I-95 with good continental breakfast options.
Room and bathroom are very clean and hotel staff are gracious and helpful.. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and hair dryer and iron are helpful in-room amenities. Breakfast included in lodging rate. Excellent!
