"Terrible"

Customer service was horrible. We had a very annoying situation with the “pet policy”. Rosa and Jesus called multiple times stating that our dog was barking and it wasn’t true. We also asked to the housekeeping and they stated they didn’t hear it. So we had to leave when we where getting food to pick up the dog. They where very rude and we had an awful situation during our vacation because of this. If you don’t want to have pets in the hotel don’t accept it from the beginning.

"It was a very nice hotel, very friendly."

The room nice how it was divided off like a living room/bedroom the coffee was good. It was nice to have it out to get a cup anytime. Breakfast was delicious.

The pool I wish it was indoor or are a little bit cooler. The pool was a little warm. The beds were a little hard. Hopefully they get the icemaker working on the first floor luckily they have the other floors to go get ice.

Just visiting family and doing some shopping and relaxing that's all I wanted too do.

Could not find the thermostat until I found it on the 2nd nite, it's was cool on my 1st nite but other than that it was a great vacation.

The staff and breakfast was good.

The room i had, looked like it originally was made for 2 queens and made into a king room. The room has this huge void of empy space due to the missing bed. It was very cold space and lights did not work properly.
