We had to be given towels wrapped up it was just different but over all good.

The pool was nice

Blood on the sheets did not get the room close by like we requested showers were dirty look like it was rusted on the bottom of the tubs the rooms smelled funny the restroom door was missing a piece of the bottom half ,no ice no juice in the morning breakfast was horrible not even water offered just sugary drink that was left out over night will never stay here again . I didn’t like anything it was false advertisement pictures on website didn’t look anything like the hotel in person it was dirty falling apart no towels nor any kind of soaps very dirty if I could of canceled & gotten my full refund back I would of I even left a night early because of how dirty it was. They need to update the pictures on the website horrible experience

Photos are NOT update of his location. There is a foul musty smell throughout of mold and mold in showers. Linens were not changed upon arrival. AC was broken. Only give you 2 towels for 4 people to a room. Ran out of towels and had roaches in both rooms we were in. The staff was friendly, I originally thought I booked ocean view room as my room SHOWS that photo but was told I did not and they were booked, which they were not since they were able to give me another room. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again with my children. They never answered phones for me to have a joining rooms or request it days before my trip. Convenient to beach, but will stay elsewhere next time. Not like the photos!

It had a bad smell, the rooms were in poor condition, many things in the bathroom were out of order, they charge you for parking when the app says it's free, the food was terrible, they only served waffles! We won't be back.

El edificio está deteriorado, no limpio, la ropa de baño tienes que pedirla en recepción: ofrecen desayuno y solo se limita a wafles, está súmamente limitado. No se siente seguridad, cobran el estacionamiento.

Everything was so bad
