"Lovely, friendly staff"

Location and room size.

Room was too warm for sleeping at night at 24 degrees. A fan was provided which helped a little.

"Bis auf o.g. Punkte gute Hotel."

Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmerausstattung. Gute Matratze. Die Lage ist gut. Fussläufig alles gut erreichbar.

Die Fenster in den Zimmern sind nicht zu öffnen und die angebliche Klimaanlage bläst zwar Luft hinein, aber kühlt kein Stück. Trotz Nachfrage wurde immer wieder bestätigt, dass es auch nicht anders geht. Um frühstücken zu können muss am Vorabend ein Zeitfenster gebucht werden, was uns aber erst am Morgen gesagt wurde. Geht gar nicht! Damit geht jegliche Flexibilität verloren. Auch hier war das Personal wenig bis gar nicht hilfreich.
