Exceptional scenery and facilities,

No vegetarian options aside from cheese platter available from room service. Multiple guests unable to get reservations in restaurant.

Un endroit magnifique, des chambres cosy et spacieuses, un personnel tres pro et attentionné, belles piscines et tres bon restaurant.

Очень понравился дизайн комнаты и всего комплекса в целом, есть спортзал, вкуснейшие завтраки, аж хотелось обнять поваров! Рядом чудесный городок с мишленовскими ресторанами, персонал очень отзывчивый и приятный.

Немного удивило, что при заселении в жаркий день на ресепшене даже не предложили воды, не провели экскурсию, хотя другим гостям проводили. На заметку менеджеру, горничная приходит в 18:30 плюс минус с вопросом, надо ли вам подготовить номер ко сну, это конечно очень мило, НО в это время мы всегда собирались к ужину и она выдергивала нас то из душа, то заставала нас почти без одежды. Так же со второго дня горничная решила, что нам больше не нужны маленькие полотенца для лица и вода в бутылке.

The staff was great, except for the first night when they couldn’t get us a second blanket, in revanche - it was pretty late when we asked, but we fixed it next day. Special thank to the Valet service, who was attentive, fast and super friendly. We really loved the territory, the view from our room (main building), this cute little terrace we had overlooking the garden. They had nice breakfast and possibility to order eggs all possible ways, the Tiggr restaurant was also nice. I would say it was good value for money given that we were spending days outside of hotel, the vibe and design of the whole hotel is very Mexican like and i really enjoyed the decor and colors. Just few mins from hotel is the old village with restaurants and shops, hotel can bring you up with the golf car - very appreciated.

Some things in our room definitely could have been made smarter - there is no wardrobe where you can hang long dresses (shout out for ladies), we didn’t have any full sized mirror, lacked some more hooks/hangers in the room, would have been nice to have another small table or tabouret in the bathroom - it was simply impossible to place both cosmetic bags on the sink.
