Correct mais sans plus ! L’hôtel est bien situé mais vieillissant Un sol moquette d’un autre temps propre au demeurant les rideaux et double-rideaux idem d’un autre temps Le hall est à cette saison très froid voir glacial Le restaurant a une équipe n’ayant pas suivi tous les cours à l’école hôtelière et pas d’encadrement c’est une évidence mais les repas sont plutôt bons si l’on est prêt à attendre longtemps.
Je suis partie un jour plus tôt le bar toujours ferme propreté ainsi que tout en général les carte ne fonctionne pas ………
Le tarif de parking est trop élevé. La facturation a été problématique : chambre plus chère que lors de la réservation, et ils ont oublié de facturer un petit déjeuner (ce qui a compensé l'erreur de tarif de la chambre).

Gruselig und völlig versltet
L’hôtel et assez vieux que je m’attendais par contre la réception d’accueil qui etes nouvelles, les chambres pas trop beau, le matelas m’a cassé le dos des tout petites coussins que il fallait, je rajoute ma doudoune en dessous pour bien dodo la piscine était froide du coup je ne suis pas allé

Très bonne ambiance, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, piscine et sauna parfait. Seuls les couloirs et moquettes mériteraient un rafraîchissement
Hotel was super. Einziges zu bemängeln ist die Treppenhaus Tür die so laut zu knallt und kaum schlafen kann 😞
Die Eingangshalle war leer, der Parkplatz auch, es gab trotzdem keine Möglichkeit, um 12:30 statt um 15:00 einzuchecken. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt! Am kommenden Morgen wurden wir dafür um 9:00 vom Housekeeping geweckt! Obwohl wir bis Mitternacht unterwegs waren, sollte der Parkplatz pro Tag 12 € kosten. Keinerlei Gesprächsbereitschaft mit dem schlecht deutsch sprechendenden Portier. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie strikten Anweisungen zu folgen hatten. Ausblick aus dem Zimmer auf den vermüllten Messe-Parkplatz. Aufs Frühstück verzichtet. Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Ort: Offenburg
