Courtyard by Marriott New York JFK Airport

I like the proximity to the airport.

The AC didn’t keep up with the heat outside.

Nothing

Rude staff and dirty rooms.

Location was fine. There are shuttles goes to the airport

We waited 50 minutes for the shuttle pick up at airport after requested shuttle at the right location. The shuttle coordinator was rude and not really helpful. The facility was old, TV and air conditioner were not functional. They fixed the TV, but the room is very hot during our entire stay.

空港に近く、送迎があったこと。次のひに急に便の変更があったが、ホテルのチェックアウトギリギリまで待つことができた。

送迎に対する説明が不足。10分前までにフロントの前にくるように言われ、それ以上の説明がなかった。どのくらいでくるか、いつ頃入口の道路に行く必要があるかを聞かないと乗れない可能性があった。 フロントの人による応対の差があった。

Location is really all it has going for it. Rooms are fine, beds are ok not great. Shuttle was helpful to and from airport

The AC didn’t work. We went down to the front desk and they said they’d reset it. We went down an hour later and they said the same, and that it might take time. But they’d send a fan up. That took 45 minutes and we had to chase that as well. Staff at the desk really didn’t seem to care or be that friendly. We had our one year old with us and were just trying to get her to sleep. Restaurant food is pretty average

Room was perfect for overnight stay before flight.

Shuttle service was rather awful. You repeatedly call hotel for status and get told different information every time so we waited over 45mins and had to resort to taking shuttle to Marriott Residence and walk from there

great experience. facility was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful.
