De ligging nabij het vliegveld was prettig en het ontbijt dat we op de menukaart konden bestellen was erg goed. De medewerkster die het ontbijt serveerde was super aardig. Een verademing na de slechte ervaring van de balie medewerker de avond ervoor.

De ontvangst was bedroevend slecht. Het boekingsnummer dat we via Booking.com hadden ontvangen kon niet gebruikt worden voor het online inchecken en bij het aanmelden bij de balie konden ze onze reservering ook niet opzoeken via dit boekingsnummer. Ze konden onze reservering aanvankelijk ook niet vinden. Na verloop van tijd opperde de medewerker dat ik het dan zelf maar moest opnemen met Booking.com (het was inmiddels 23.00 uur 's avonds). Na verder aandringen gingen ze verder kijken en uiteindelijk vonden ze onze reservering. Niet dat we toen de sleutel van de kamer kregen, daarvoor moest ik opnieuw in de rij gaan staan. Ik kreeg een sneer toe dat het mijn eigen schuld was dat ze de boeking niet konden vinden omdat de voornaam op mijn paspoort niet exact overeen kwam met de afgekorte voornaam die ik bij de boeking had gebruikt.

"Ottimo hotel vicino a JFK"

Mi trovo bene con questa catena di hotel perchè il personale è molto cortese e le strutture sono buone per chi necessita di un soggiorno per lavoro tra un aereo e l'altro. Nel particolare questa struttura è vicinissima all'aeroporto JFK con servizio navetta da e verso l'aeroporto sempre disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi

Easy to get to airport. Breakfast was decent. Quiet room so slept well.

I had two rooms; second room was small and awkward. First was very nice. Same price so it’s a lottery.

Ótimo hotel. Quarto confortável e limpo. Localização boa, bairro bonito e tranquilo. Transfer para o aeroporto JFK funciona bem de 30 em 30 minutos, muito eficiente. Equipe atenciosa. Recomendo para quem está fazendo stopover em NY.
