Our family of 5 loved this hotel. The pool with slide was a blast. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean.

Hotel is nice and beds are comfortable.

The staff were great however the general manager on duty at the time was very rude.

Not a huge factor but if i had to pick something, the beds were a little low to the floor.

Thank you so much our rooms were clean and very comfortable. You’re establishment was amazingly clean with very helpful. Staff always greeted us as we came in and thanks for the prayers and always asking how my husband was doing in the hospital.

The location

Whoever left the buttercup in the pillowcase probably to prove that they are not being changed out....we found it!! We were so disgusted by it because it looks like it has been in there for awhile. If you are an investor or the property owner reading this i want you to know that your place has the potential for being a 5 star hotel. There are so many good things about this place. Unfortunately some of your staff will start to ruin the reputation of this hotel. At arrival I walked in dressed for a wedding and smiling at the lady from the front desk. I said " hi I need to check in please " she shrugged her shoulders and rudely said " I need a name, what is your name" it made me feel unwelcomed. The room smelled good but the shower had a musty smell. In the morning the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door trying to get in to clean it. I understand you have to check if someone has left but I had filled out my check out time online. They continued to knock on our door before 9:30 more than once. We felt unwelcomed at arrival and rushed out in the morning. What unfortunate situation. We travel more than 20 times a year and I can tell you we have never had this happen to us anywhere else. I chose this place because the reviews said breakfast was great. It was not. Watery eggs, sausage, waffles. You can get that breakfast at any other hotel. Nothing special here. I usually leave a 5 star unfortunately this experience didn't let us enjoy a special occasion traveling from Nebraska. To the property owner. I know your place can be amazing. Please look carefully at the staff you have. It may not seem like it right away but staff like this with time will run your place down. It's a gorgeous place and you are in time to make it so much better. Business owner to business owner I wish you the best.
