Couldn’t get fresh towels and sheets after staying over a week due to they policy and I felt so nasty without it

ROACH INFESTATION!!!!!! Thats all you need to know.

Although the room was clean, parts of the property on the interiors needs some renovation. elevator needs some love. Security for exit door not working, anyone without a key can access the building. Mattress was little flimsy. Need better pillows. No freshen up of bathroom or bedding for the 3 nights i stayed. No equipment in the cupboards. Don't know if any is provided at desk. No one there after 9pm. Not sure who i would have had to call if i had a problem at night. I guess for the price, you get what you get.

The rate was exceptional for what I needed. Room was, overall, clean. The floor could have used more cleaning.

My room was located next to the stairwell, on the 2nd floor. The door, itself, did not have a hydraulic door closer. Every time someone used the stairs, the door would slam. The change machine, in the laundry facility, was out of order, and so are most of the drink machines. I had to put dollar bills into the snack vending machine, press the "return money", to convert to quarters return. The pool should have been open by Memorial Day weekend, but was still closed, a week later.

I didn’t know like anything about the hotel they were roaches ants the cupboard doors to the sink were off. You can see all the plumbing there were no cups in the room. There were no essentials like hotels have when you went into the snack room for a snack machine They mostly all out of order. It was a horrible stay and One essentials that hotels have for the rooms you had to buy a cup to drink water or to get coffee. I’ve never in my life seen anything is horrible as this I don’t see why they are even allowed to be opened.
