Great staff, lobby and restaurant were very nice, room was a little dirty particularly bathroom. Outdoor area not so nice either.

Breakfast and location and room size where great and the indoor pool was a bonus. Cleaning staff was very nice.

Bathroom shower tile has not been cleaned in MONTHs. Bathroom fan broken. Mold growing on walls and ceiling.

"Most horrible experience and the noise was unbearable. It would have been quieter at a motel 6"

Absolutely nothing. The staff was not accommodating at all. Kids running the halls all night and nothing done about it. Had two rooms for family to attend a wedding and the rooms were 400 a night. Unexceptionable!!

That the staff did nothing about the noise at midnight and on with kids running and jumping above 400 dollars a night per room and had two rooms and they refund 33 dollars. Do not stay there and find a different hotel. Is it not worth the money or the headache

Had to change rooms after 10 PM due to loud, rowdy and rude group of teens in room across from us. Call to front desk made no difference. Front desk agreed to move us to another room but offered no apology for the inconvenience.
