Cleanliness.

Low toilets. Was on first floor...would have preferred 2nd. Also when checking in online I didn't know how to apply aaa discount so would be helpful when arriving if front desk would double check for any discounts.

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants & shopping.

Bed was okay but made creaking sound when I moved.

I booked this hotel for two nights during the Ohio Beef Expo and had an absolutely horrible experience. After driving 2½ hours with my family—including our 10-year-old child and 3-month-old baby—we arrived late, checked in, left briefly for food, and came back to find cockroaches crawling in our bedroom. Not one… two that I personally saw. I was disgusted and immediately went to the front desk. I was visibly upset and asked for a refund. The only thing offered to me was to switch rooms—as if moving down the hall somehow fixes a roach problem. If there are roaches visible in one room, everyone knows there are more. I was literally in tears and begging for a refund because I did not feel comfortable keeping my children, especially my infant, in that hotel. I was told to contact the manager the next morning. I then spent days trying to get ahold of management. Almost two weeks later, I finally reached the manager, who told me I would be refunded. That refund never happened. To make matters worse, after I provided photo proof of the cockroaches in the room, I was basically treated like I was lying. The bugs were disgusting, but honestly the way this hotel handled it was worse. No accountability, no urgency, empty promises, and terrible customer service from beginning to end. Charging guests to stay in bug-infested rooms and then refusing to make it right afterward is unacceptable. I would absolutely never stay here again and would strongly warn anyone—especially families with children—not to book here.

No 24 hour coffee, no lemon water, one elevator for 4 floors and the toilet in my room was falling off the base

The room was clean and we liked the big fridge and microwave.

The breakfast bar was typical of budget hotels. The sausage was disgusting and the eggs were not appetizing. Too much processed food to and not enough that's healthy--in other words, give guests the absolute acceptable minimum to keep costs down. On the last morning of our three-night stay, the person tending the breakfast bar didn't show up and so the manager ran around trying to find everything. He did his best in a bad circumstance, but it didn't reflect well on the property. Also, there was a big road construction crew booked into the place and the parking lot was taken up by construction vehicles that all started up at once at 6 a.m. I'm happy for the hotel booking all those rooms. It just was a challenge to find parking and a little hazardous leaving at the same time as all those trucks.
