I like how clean the property was, and the staff was extremely friendly

I hated the fact that I couldn’t adjust the thermostat even though it was extremely cold outside. It was in the 77° inside the building which was very hot for us and I’m used to going into hotels where I can adjust my thermostat. Also there were some things that were outdated or damage that never got repaired in some of the room rooms, which wasn’t a big deal, but definitely something that I noticed.

Lack of communication about the broken pool....horrible room conditions....the room must have been 100 degrees with insane humidity even with the heater off.

Comfortable bed

Pool was not working and no contact was made prior to arrival to advise this. One of the reason for booking this location was for the kids to enjoy the pool. No refund or offers even made for the inconvenience.
