Posada Real Puerto Escondido

No recomiendo el todo incluido ya que la comida es promedio. Se puede ir a pie a comer mejor a la rinconada lugar lleno de restaurantes . También está el club d e playa en playa Bacocho a unos metros .

Pros: the pool areas Cons: ourdated linens and furnishings, felt more like a 2.5star motel than a resort style hotel. Bathrooms are in very poos state. Very noisy throughout the evening, could hear the guests in rooms above and next to us. Overall unfortunately I wouldn't consider staying here again for what i paid.

Good service

The grounds, pool and beach were top notch but unfortunately that's where it ended. At our request we were assigned rooms ground level with an ocean front view. There are no elevators so we had to lug our suitcases down several flights of stairs. Once inside our rooms there was a musty smell, the sheets on the bed were stained and smelled dirty. We unpacked, turned the air conditioner on and left to check the facilities. Once back the room was still hot. The air conditioner blew only hot air so maintenance was called in. No solution and we were assigned another room. I complained about the inconvenience of repacking and was informed a manager would talk to us about some form of compensation. That never happened and when their front desk receptionist were advised they feigned ignorance. The bathroom was dirty and the caulking around the shower stall was filthy. The mattress couldn't have been changed in twenty years. We were bitten by bed bugs. The common facilities open and close at destined times. Need I say more?

Bathroom looked dirty (mirrors,sink, toilet). Pool side chairs had mold.

Costumer services is not the best, the front desk lady was very rude.

The wifi never worked, the rooms smell like humidity, and the staff does not provide solution. I won’t be rebooking here. One thing I did like was the location. I still a great time outside the hotel and recommend visiting Pto Escondido. —-Melissa

Such a beautiful property and great service

Going through an exterior remodel. Rooms needed updating, specifically the bathrooms. Staff could be more specific when explaining the benefits of the property. Great restaurants within walking distance, all inclusive not needed. Beaches around the property were excellent. With all that said I do recommend a stay here.
