Me gustó mucho la alberca y el restaurante muy limpios y agradables excelwnte comida

excelente ubicacion, el precio es un poco elevado acorde al nivel del hotel

no se puede facturar, me salieron que era con booking

Not enough bed covers and bed was very firm. Not enough power points in the room. Hard to locate room when we arrived. Lots of bird droppings in the pool.

Llegué temprano y me entregaron la habitación mucho antes del horario para chek in

We stay s at the hotel in an upgraded room and when we can back they only had the garden view rooms and there is a huge difference in comfort and amenities. We liked the upgraded amenities in the ocean view rooms, refrigerators, lockable safe the view of course and it was quiet where we were at. The pool was simple and the actually used the swim up bar which is just a lot of fun.

The garden room view we had was facing the alley between hotels, a bit of landscaping there would make the difference. The door to the bathroom was broken, the shower had mold in the grout, the safe required going to the desk to get a lock. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were thred bare and you could see an old egg molded style mattress topper that did nothing. The dinner is not as good as the breakfast.

Location and quaintness of resort. Old Mexico feel.

Pillows! Need an upgrade.
