ATDEWie immer wurden wir stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und gepflegt, es gibt genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der gemütlichen Bar und im Restaurant kann man hervorragend essen. Der Pool ist nach unserem Empfinden genau richtig temperiert. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, sogar Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
ATDie Lage ist sehr gut und es gibt ausreichen Parkplätze.
Leider sprechen die Damen und Herren des Personals nur schlecht Deutsch und das in einem österreichischem Hotel. Es werden zwar vorgefertigte Phrasen in perfektem Deutsch abgespult, aber auf Fragen oder Wünsche kann nicht gut reagiert werden, da diese oft nicht verstanden werden. Das Restaurant war zu meiner Überraschung gesperrt, da ein Unternehmen getagt hatte und für diese Herrschaften das gesamte Restaurant reserviert wurde - quasi geschlossene Gesellschaft. Alternativen schwierig, da das Hotel weit abseits liegt. Ich wurde darauf hin in die Bar verwiesen. Dort ankommen holten sich aber besagtes Unternehmen gerade ihren Aperetiv in Form von Bier und Aperol - Lautstärke in ausgelassener Form inbegriffen. Abendessen für mich: Fehlanzeige. Auf meine Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde nur mit einem Schulterzucken reagiert, da diese nicht einmal darüber informiert waren, dass das Restaurant für andere Gäste gesperrt war.

PLGreat location, amazing views. Extensive spa facilities. Well-kept and spacious room. We had everything we need for our stay - starting from a kettle and a mini-fridge to the bathrobes for the spa area. Great value for money. We were happy to be able to travel with our two cats, for a reasonable final cleaning fee.
