USThe beds were comfortable and clean, there were plenty of plug ins to charge our devices. We only had two complaints about our stay and they were minor. The first was out of their control as the neighboring hotel had a light that constantly flickered and was pointed at our window. The other was the shower. Our friends had the same complaint, which is the showers. There is a small leak at the bottom of the glass divider in the shower. Overall, the complaints were so minor it did not detract from our stay. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough to use the rest of the facilities.
USBecause I went through booking.com a third party booking I was held up for over an hour upon arrival. The hotel stated my payment was declined by booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel already received the payment. I had prepaid a month before the stay. It all got figured out, but it was a PROCESS— the staff and hotel were wonderful!
The breakfast was good, but the cook was sick! The guy tried his best, it was good! Showed all due respect for him trying!

What a pleasant surprise! We’ve stayed in places that cost much more and no where near as nice. We were met with a warm welcome and received excellent customer service and hospitality by an excellent representative. Highly recommend staying here.
