USBreakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to the Medical Center.
The Friday night desk attendant was rude and unhelpful. He made it seem like we were an inconvenience rather than a paying guest.
The room was clean but there are lots of stains on the furniture. Breakfast is horrible. Good affordable option if you're going to Hard Rock Casino but don't want to spend your money on the hotel. Suggestion for the hotel.... spend more money on the breakfast.
There were a lot of Bedbugs in the bed and dead ones on the Floor and some kind of white powder in corner on floor which was indication that the white powder was insecticide
USUSThis has alwaya been a preferred place for me to stay, but this last visit was just a disappointment. Trash piled outside in the trashcan, overflowing, bags of trash piled all around it, with flies and other bugs clearly visible inside the bags, and flying around outside in the tradh area as guests had to walk by it to get inside the building. The room was for the most part clean, but theee was a burn mark from a cigarette in the top bedding. The bathroom was clean, except that there was something that had been broken off in the shower and not repaired, but just removed. I am hopeful the issues can easily be turned around and that incidentals like this won't become the norm. I really like this hotel, and hope to return in the near future. I just need to feel like everythibg is clean and safe.
