O hotel é muito bem localizado . O atendimento da recepção é gentil e amigável. O quarto é muito pequeno e no primeiro dia o ar condicionado não funcionava. Nós reclamamos e foi consertado imediatamente. O café da manhã é simples . Estivemos por cinco dias neste hotel e a impressão foi boa. Apenas é importante que o hóspede saiba que não há um armário com gavetas e o quarto fica atravancado com duas malas.

O hotel é muito bem localizado . Os funcionários são amigáveis . O café da manhã é apenas razoável e o quarto é muito pequeno. No geral, acho que o custo benefício foi muito bom

Hotel limpo, silencioso, fiel ao padrão Ibis, com as características europeias. Fui muito bem atendido. Recomendo o café da manhã do hotel, pois nas imediações não há muitas opções.. o café é servido até tarde, a reposição é frequente. Pontos fracos: fica em uma ladeira; o box do chuveiro segue padrão de alguns hotéis internacionais (metade do box), ou seja, risco de molhar o piso externo. Não há frigobar como no Brasil, mas isso não é problema e é uma característica comum no exterior. Gostei da localização.. perto do metrô Rato é Avenida, o que facilita muito a vida de quem usa transporte publico em Lisboa. Eu seguramente voltaria a me hospedar.

"Okey but not too comfy "

I guess we were a little disappointed because the pictures made it look better than it was. The guy in the reception was super nice, but the rooms were small and not very comfortable, but completely okey if you're not going be hanging in your room all day, and it's Lisboa, so you should be enjoying the city anyways ❤️

The hotel is close to shopping area. Very close to really nice restaurants. There’s a metro nearby but uber is cheap. There is one downside: there is no mini fridge in the rooms.
