"For the price, I thought it was very basic"

Easy to get to and clean and the staff were very friendly

Curtains didn’t close as they were hanging off the sink didn’t drain properly and no hairdryer plus it was very noisy

I would to say the shower could do with updating and when you used the toilet there was a pump noise.it was loud and we could hear the same thing going with our neighbours bathroom. Kettle leaked but sorted it straight away.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Kettle with tea and coffee available. The room was a bit warm but the staff gave us a fan to use which was much appreciated. Breakfast was on until 10am which was great, check out at 12pm was even better. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and all seemed tasty as per family. Close to all routes around Preston and 10 minutes from the venue we were visiting.

We paid £75 for the night then found that the rate was £49 for the night we were there. Bit annoying as I would have thought booking in advance would be cheaper.
