"Great Quality Inn"

Excellent Quality Inn in downtown Niles. Booked there to attend a family reunion and, throughout our stay, we were greeted by friendly staff who sincerely wanted to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. We had a non-working TV when we checked in but the staff did everything they could to ensure it was fixed as soon as possible. The breakfast was very complete and good and the entire hotel was immaculate. Thank you for helping make this Niles visit as enjoyable as possible!

Breakfast and staff Saturday morning, very good.

Check in! Constant pot smell, misleading ad about "low availability " pressured into booking then all confirmed....horrible check in. Confusing and complicated for parties we traveled with. Way over priced.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

I had booked 2rooms for 2 nights. When I arrived they only tried to give me one room and then somehow my second night was removed and I was still charged like I had 2 nights.
