The room was very comfortable, great ambience and hotel a great location. All staff excellent, friendly, engaging and professional- makes all the difference. Also great to have an elevator where you don't have to fiddle with a card to get it to move..love just pressing the button.

Plumbing needs attention. Dripping taps and regulator between shower and bath not working so bath filling while shower running. Not a deal breaker but lots of water wasted. Also wardrobe very difficult to open. Perhaps general maintenance could be improved. I would still stay here again.
