"Good"

I liked the hotel for the most part it was clean and neat. However. the strong odor of Bleach mixed with fabreez was just too much for me to handle. I had to cut my stay short due to it. I booked the room for 3 nights but checked out on the first night at 1 AM due to not being able to sleep from the strong odor. Other than the odor it was a good clean place with friendly staff

I enjoyed the bathtub and the bed was comfortable, but there were a few con's that threw me off. The first thing I noticed was the air conditioner leaking inside (but at least it worked), then I attempted to hook my laptop up to the TV via HDMI (which the TV had a port for) but there were no controls on the TV itself and with the remote all I could do was change the channel and volume, so we were stuck with the approximately 40 channels that they offered. Wi-fi quality was mid, but that's always been my experience with hotels. It was clean and quiet, though.

"Wish better coffee bit overall satisfied "

This place is clean. When we opened the room door we smelled sanitary cleansing solutions. Beds were cleaned and comfortable. The building and the pool were under construction but we didn't mind. The only thing I wish was they could serve better coffee in the morning. Their coffee machine was outdated and tasted bad.

"Reservation Woes"

We reserved 2 rooms for 4 people and when we got there they had only reserved 1 room. We paid for and will unlikely not receive a refund because of all the red tape through book online with hotel.com who then passed it off to Expedia.com. Wil not be using online bookings again. Too much hassle and undependability. Hotel was nice.
