Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Hotels

We have two boys (5 and 7) with big personalities, and there was so much to keep them busy. Even in March we were able to swim outside thanks to the heated pool, which they loved. The little extras like the ice cream tokens and s’mores made the kids feel really special. Every staff member we interacted with was so patient and kind. At Elevations, Jimmy was especially great—so kind and funny. The boys thought he was the best!

I want to thank Daniel for a wonderful experience at the Evolution Restaurant and Bar today. He turned a dismissal day into a good day. He knows how to make a great cocktail, is friendly, and provides great service. He and Ben made my day! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Staff was amazing, bed was comfortable and the room was awesome

Only thing i didn’t like was there were dishes but nothing to clean them with after use and then the bathroom shower head was horrible you can’t adjust it so it just sprayed in one direction towards the shower door

Wonderful when not busy. Perfect actually.

Our organization held our Annual Business Meeting luncheon at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, CO and it was one of the best experiences we have had with a full-service lodging property as our host location. Grace Houston was our Event Sales Manager and she went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and even anticipated what we might need ahead of time. Grace added special touches to the decor of the banquet room, worked diligently with her serving team and advocated on our behalf with the on-site AV company. The event went amazingly well, even with our many last-minute additions and changes. I would highly recommend the venue and Grace in particular to enhance anyone's important event. Rooms were clean and comfortable but worn down for a Hyatt property. Doors were painted over several times rather than replaced. The grounds could use a trash pick up, but it wasn’t terrible. Check in staff and the security staff are awesome. Breakfast buffet is less than to be desired especially at $25 a person. Honestly, it was equal to or worse than the free breakfast out a Holiday Inn.

We had an amazing stay at this resort from start to finish. Received a welcome beer at check in from a local brewery. The property has a hot cocoa bar and free s'more's kit which is perfect for warming up next to the fire on a chilly evening. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views were stunning. The amenities truly made the experience — relaxing pool area was well take care of by Cullen and his staff, and the hot tub provided a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. We felt safe, welcomed, and appreciated the entire time. Would absolutely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
