Хорошее расположение, относительно недалеко path, аптека, супермаркет whole foods, красивая пешеходная зона с видом на Манхэттен. Номер довольно просторный, есть кухня, чтобы приготовить что-то привычное для детей или просто разогреть готовое, хорошая ванна. Много мест хранения для вещей. Красивый и ухоженный двор перед отелем, чисто и уютно.

Первое впечатление для туристов в отеле - это всегда персонал на ресепшен, их открытость, вежливость и готовность сделать все, чтобы их гости чувствовали себя максимально комфортно. К сожалению, мы не смогли увидеть всего этого. После долгого перелета (думаю как и многие, прилетев в НЙ) мы уставшие спешим скорее заселиться в отель и наконец лечь спать. Мы заранее оплатили проживание за весь период нашего пребывания, оставалось только оставить депозит по факту прибытия. Но так как у нас в Казахстане уже многие не пользуются физическими банковскими картами, мы забыли их взять. С собой были наличными ну и Apple Pay. Сотрудник отеля, услышав что у нас нет карты, сказал «я не могу принять депозит ни наличными ни через Apple Pay» и продолжил дальше пить кофе и заниматься своими делами. Перед ним стоит уставшая семья с ребенком, а он равнодушно на все это смотрел (((((( Мы просили за первые сутки взять депозит наличными и на следующий день мы решим вопрос (на тот момент было 2 часа ночи). Он лишь предложил разбудить наших друзей или знакомых, если есть таковые в НЙ, и попросить у них помощи. Чуть позже нам пришлось попросить молодого человека, который приехал заселяться, чтобы он оставил депозит со своей карты. Боже, добрый человек, если Вы читаете этот пост, благодарю от всей души! Но, вы не поверите, пока этот человек нам помогал, сотрудник отеля несколько раз ему сказал что это большие риски. Только после этого сотрудник выдал нам ключи. Сказать что мы пережили в ту ночь - не передать словами. Это был стресс. Наше заселение было в ночь с 7 на 8 мая. Из-за столь позднего заселения мы рассчитывали что нам разрешат чуть позже выселиться. Думаете нам разрешили? Конечно нет.
