"No fish tunnel ... still clean and quiet"

The staff was great! Noah was beyond helpful. Allowing me to email an Ontario travel grant to the customer email. Then printed it off for me. All while being super professional and smiley.

Though I was sadly disappointed that there was no fish in the "fish tunnel".... ended via covid.... the casino cards EVERYONE.... so toot your own horn and go try to walk through security..... carded 😘 lol 🙌

"I will NOT be back!"

When I checked in on the afternoon of Sept 28, the desk clerk asked where I would like to have a room. I said a higher floor not too far down. She gave me a room 1/2 way down a long hallway.....there is a tiny small coffee maker with horrible coffee that is like a Tetley tea bag. And TWO small sized paper cups by the coffee machine, with 2 sealed packages of this tea bag type of horrible coffee. And of course the fake cream, with sugar packets, stir sticks. No cup in the bathroom, so one must use of the two paper coffee cups to use for brushing your teeth. TV was fine, even though I didn't see instructions anywhere on how to work it, I was glad I figured it out. I had to buy coffee in the restaurant on the main floor for $3.99 for a small cup of better coffee, but not great. The ad, originally, online showed that there was an indoor pool. Well, the indoor pool has been covered up & is now a gym. The mattress to sleep on was way too hard, and I had 3 nights of tossing and turning! I was really looking forward to stayin 3 nights here, as I haven't had a hotel stay in years, but am certainly turned off by the thought of paying a lot of money for something definitely not worth it! I will NOT stay at a Canad Inn ever again!
