"Relaxing resort"

Friendly staff. Great location on beach and near attractions. Pool is large. Rooms are clean and have great views of ocean. We had an executive room that gave us extras such as free drinks during happy hour 17:00 to 19:00 and afternoon tea between 14:00 to 16:00

Big and architecturally good lobby space - just impressive. They have big pool area with aqua bar and sea view cafe under trees - it all was good enough. Also very comfy room with sea view balcony

In my opinion, in pool area not enough nature, almost all concrete and stone

Första gången på mycket länge som jag sätter full pott. Perfekt nej, men nästan. Välstädat, havsutsikt, skön säng och viktigt ok kudde. Bra frukost. Stor pool för barn och vuxna direkt vid den lilla men fina sandstranden.

"Guest service is the best"

From check in to check out with Ben Every staff member gave the best customer service .Everyone was so polite and made the guest feel special.The rooms are big and spacy with a nice shower room with a door seperating the W.C and the toiletries are of the best quaility.we were on the 10th floor and had a lovely room .It was just a shame someone has damaged the lovely parquet floor .And the room cleaning was perfect .Breakfast was excellent as good as The Millenium Bangkok and they have a great breakfast .Such a selection for everyones taste and all the staff were very helpful from the hostess to the busboy who cleaned all dirty plates straight away .As a Hilton Honors Gold member we recieved a little extra dish on our table everyday .The pool area was never too busy and the bar made us some nice juices .On the whole very recommended for position ,ammenities and especially service by every staff member.The icing on the cake was the surprise and cake I received on my birthday .It was such a pleasant surprise ..Thank you everyone involved
