Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa

Newly refurbished, nice and clean.

Good selection for breakfast but some of the quality lets it down.

We have been holidaying in Hua Hin for around 14 years and to date have never used the Hilton. Possibly due to some of the opinions posted on Tripadvisor and possibly due to our loyalty to another brand. Either way we decided to venture into the center of Hua Hin to this 5* beach front and very centrally located hotel. First impressions of arriving in Hua Hin in mid-May was how quiet it was, which was throughout our stay. Low occupancy both in all of the hotels and all of the bars and restaurants. Which has it's up side and downside. Gliding into the slightly elevated hotel entrance we were met with the friendliest of greetings ans were swiftly escorted out of the midday heat into the cool reception area. We were immediately impressed by the decor, bright and fresh colors and again smiling receptionists waiting to help us. I'm a low level HH member, but was still offered to choice of checking in in the executive lounge, which we declined. Before my arrival I had applied for a (paid) room upgrade, which we received. We were then escorted to our room at the back of the hotel overlooking the beach and pool in the 3rd floor. Do not believe all that you read about the rooms and decorations, the hotel is busily working in the background on refurbishing and upgrading all of its facilities, which will take a little while. Our room was spotless, modern, clean and superbly refurbished. Not all have been refurbished yet. The lobby, reception (Siri) and restaurant ( Grace, Tang, Pim, Ice, Oh, Muay) were also spotlessly clean, modern and bright, with equally friendly, accommodating and super helpful staff , as were the staff in the executive lounge (Nook & Miew). The pool area was clean and well maintained, but also in need of some TLC. Enough comfy sunbeds and parasols were spread 306 degrees around the pool(s) with a short 50m walk down onto the (spotlessly clean) beach for a dip in the sea. The pool staff (Koy, Mata, Rod,) also deserve a mention for their help and attentiveness, all were friendly willing and anticipated to your needs (towels, parasol, drinks). They also insisted on wheeling my wife who was in a wheelchair back to the lobby every day.....without hesitation or being asked. A big shout out and thank you to ALL the staff who kept an eye on my wife whilst I had a short 4 day trip to Malaysia, ensuring she was safe, wheeled around and kept entertained for this period. Apologies for not being able to mention you all. Finally it was heartwarming to meet with some of the people who have moved over from other hotel chains t the Hilton. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et excellent le personnel est très accueillant poli et aimable. Le hall est spacieux la piscine est grande et très jolie. J'y reviendrai

Hilton Hua Hin is amazing hotel. Great location. Amazing pool and views. Executive lounge staff are amazing. My housekeeper jukta kept my room perfect. Great hotel

An absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach and steps from Hua Hin's vibrant centre. We had a beautiful room with a large balcony offering stunning views of both the pool and the ocean — the kind of view you never get tired of. The pool area was a real highlight — lagoon-style with a swim-up bar and water slides that kept the whole family happy for hours. But what truly set this stay apart was the staff — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. Every aspect of the experience came together perfectly. We will absolutely be back!

Das Hotelzimmer war zwar noch nicht umgebaut, trotzdem hat alles wunschgemäss funktioniert. Das Bett war bequem, die Duschbrause lieferte viel Wasser und die Lounge auf dem Balkon eignet sich hervorragend zum Zigarrenrauchen. Das Frühstück ist riesig und vielfältig. Wir haben täglich neue Menüs erhalten. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über einen grossen Parkplatz für Roller und Autos.

Der Pool ist eigentlich wunderschön, enthält jedoch etwas zu viel Chlor und eignet sich daher nicht unbedingt für stundenlanges Baden. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, besonders nicht bei entspannten Tagen an der Poolbar.
