"Good value but needs deep cleaning"

Nice quiet location with a creek along the back of the building. We traveled with 2 dogs and side door led directly to a large grassy area. Room suite was very comfortable and loved the full kitchen & couch as well as the king size bed separated with a door.

Carpet and baseboards were dirty - there was pile of dead & dried roly poly bugs in the corner. Bathtub was cheap and had cracked & been repaired with caulk.

Leaving

I tried to cancel my reservation but they were going to charge me $75 so we ended up staying here anyway. The breakfast is a joke. All bread, no meat or eggs. The hotel is foreign owned and they were hard to understand. If you are going to charge a $75 cancelation fee, everything better be perfect. It wasn't even close. Beds are hard as a rock. Sheets felt like paper. The exterior needs work and cleaning. I'll never stay at these hotels again.
