"I was looking for budget friendly and I guess I got what I paid for."

The bed was fine and slept well and there was lots of room in the room with sofa, kitchenette, chair, etc. Breakfast was available although we didn't partake. Price was fine.

However, the bathtub caulking was rusty and black mold stained, the toilet would not flush properly, metal surfaces in the bathroom were rusty.....very off-putting. Also, the TV was extremely outdated and sound sketchy. Hallway and room carpet seemed like it needed a good vacuuming. My take on this place was that it was really a nice hotel years ago when it was new, but this attempt to resurrect it fell short.

"It was cheaper - apparent why now."

Nice bed. Nice room setup

AC unit needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Room had bad stink from AC cleanser. As soon as temp was lowered, room got horribly stinky. Coffee at breakfast was unacceptably weak, did not even qualify as coffee. Place just needs more up-keep. Shower rod broken, caulk around shower gross, mirror needs replaced, kitchen lower panels kicked in. Just poor maintenance.

Everything was neat and clean. The view from the second floor window was nice. The pool area was very appealing.

The breakfast needs some work. The biscuits and gravy was not very good. Biscuits were hard, gravy was like paste. There could be some fresh fruit.
