The Hampton Inn gets five stars from us. The day we were to check in, the hotel was experiencing water difficulties, so they relocated us to a sister property. The sister property was not convenient for us, so we asked the Hampton Inn manager what we could do. Even though our reservation was non-refundable, the Hampton Inn manager said that he would be happy to refund our charge and to contact TripAdvisor on our behalf. We also contacted TripAdvisor to expedite the issue. Our Trip advisor experience was also pleasant. They are now working to refund our reservation cost. The entire time we talked to a person and not a machine. Also everything was confirmed via email.

"Great place to stay"

The hotel was clean and the receptionist was very hospitable. We were greeted nicely and our stay was great. We were there for a weekend. Breakfast was good. I recommend this HomeStay2. It’s also in a nice area with IKEA and an outlet mall really close as well as good restaurants.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast with very attentive staff. Great fitness center and pool. Room was very comfortable.

My room was not cleaned on the day it was to be cleaned. Had to get front desk staff to ensure it would be cleaned the following day. Was told I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. It was only on the door for a very short time while I showered.

As a head baseball coach, my team and I recently traveled to Round Rock for a tournament and stayed at this hotel. From the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, we were extremely impressed and completely satisfied with our stay. The highlight of our experience, however, was Mrs. Shelia. She assisted with breakfast each morning and did so with a genuine smile and a servant’s heart. Her kindness and willingness to help were sincere and consistent — it was clear that she truly cares about the guests. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Mrs. Shelia is an absolute asset to this hotel, and her positive spirit made a lasting impression on our entire team. Overall, our experience was outstanding — 100 out of 100. Thank you to the Hampton Inn in Round Rock, and especially to Mrs. Shelia, for making our stay such a great one.

"Best Breakfast service by Sheila!"

We are staying in Round Rock for a volleyball tournament. We went down for breakfast on our first morning and were kindly greeted by Sheila. I have to say I've never experienced such great service at a free breakfast before. Sheila was attentive and extremely helpful. She was a joy to be around and put a smile on my face. Thank you Sheila for all your help, you're a lovely person and we appreciated you very much!
