SpringHill Suites Chicago Lincolnshire

This is a horrible property.They had 2 elevators out on a Saturday night They wouldn't change your rooms.My faucet leaked from day one. I called them three times not only only will I never stay at this marriott again.

When I checked in with my prepaid reservation I was told I was being charged for incidentals only to find out I was being charged for the room again....plus incidentals. I have no issues with the incidentals I know that comes back if there aren't any, i know what that word means. I dont however wish to pay for my room twice and then have a front desk person not understand when I explain the issue with her. Then to top it off we were put on the 5th floor with only one working elevator. 2nd one was broken and the one working elevator was not working for about 6 hours on a Saturday when the hotel was very full. Front desk person also told me I wasnt a marriot bonvoy member when I am. Guess typing in a phone number is too hard for her too. 1st floor was soaking wet the whole time from people coming and going from the pool it made for a very slippery hazard for everyone

The service was amazing. People in Chicago were not too friendly, but thats is what made my stay at this hotel awesome. I would definitely be staying here again. Loved the stay at the hotel the best.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced

The first room was dirty and needed to request a new one and we stayed for two nights and we were to get our room refreshed it didn’t happen until I called and still had to wait until 8:30pm for the service to be done. The front desk person was nice!

I had a great stay! Would gladly stay again. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Lots of outlets and charging ports!!! No complaints, thank you!
