Great hotel. Loved the studio apartment style room. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel had a $100 pet fee. On Booking.com, we understood the pet fee to be $0. It was a shock to learn that there was in fact a pet fee. Wish I had known upon booking.

I asked a few times that i didn't get enough hot water in the AM. And i was just told that it was probability because everyone showered at the same time and to showered earlier or later. What kind of answer is that? You should be equipped with a big enough water heater for all of us.

Comfortable, quiet though the heating system was noisy in the bedroom (turning it off worked and the temp didn't get too cold during the night. Bathroom could use a night light and the bath tub could use a non-slip mat.

Staff was trying to be of assistance.

They overbooked the hotel and didn't give me a call in the morning to make it easier on us. They sent an email and booked me 40 minutes away from the event, making it a major inconvenience. I have yet to receive my refund.
