"Frauded on Tip at Restaurant $300 USD tip charged"

We ate at their restaurant for dinner, and we had paid in Dominican Pesos, but for some reason they charged us a $300 USD tip on a $100 meal. Credit card company wouldn't take it off and it was clearly fraud.

"Older facilities, but nice and clean."

The facilities (room) was dated, but mostly worked fine. The restaurant was good/friendly/clean. The beach-side restaurant was under construction (being renovated).

"Overall a nice property but the rooms and beds were very cheap and raggedy"

The rooms were clean but I had no hot water, and the WiFi would not work. I missed several business meetings and classroom trainings. The rooms were also full of mosquitoes. The bed was not comfortable and they were cheap and flimsy.
