Located right next to the Vaporetta station! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A bit tired looking in places.

Hervorragende Lage auf der Insel Lido, direkt am Anleger Santa Maria Elisabetta, mit Blick über die Lagune auf den Campanile der Basilica San Marco; freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter; schöne, gut ausgestattete Zimmer; ein gutes und reichliches Frühstück.

Die Duschkabine war, wie in Italien leider häufiger zu finden, ziemlich klein.

le café "américain" n'est pas bon, il est fait avec de la poudre industrielle il manque un petit salon la terrasse pourrait avoir plus d'ombre, et des fauteuils avec coussins

Purtroppo le finestre di camera aprivano direttamente sulla terrazza.dell.hotel e quindi mancava la privacy,ma solo x le camere che affacciano direttamente sulla terrazza

Das Hotel befindet sich auf dem Lido (Venedig). Es liegt dabei sehr nah an den Stationen, wo die (Wasser-)Busse losfahren, u.a. zum Bahnhof Venezia Santa Lucia, zum Markusplatz, nach Burano oder auch nach Pellestrina. Zudem gibt es einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und verfügt über WLAN. Das Frühstück ist gut. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse, u.a. mit Ausblick auf den Markusturm. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Bei offenen Fenstern kann es aufgrund der Lage auch nachts etwas lauter werden (umliegende Restaurants, Verkehrsknotenpunkt). Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist das aber kein Problem.

בכניסה לחדר מנורה שנדלקת לפי תזוזה. גם בלילה בשינה מפריע.

✅ Excellent location opposite the boat stop ✅Very clean.

❌Only two electric sockets in a twin room...one bed had a socket and the other one didn't! Luckily I had a 4 metre charging cable for my phone so I could trail it across the room at night to charge my phone! Reception lent me a couple of Italian chargers with extra sockets which did help a bit. ❌Unreliable aircon which switched off regularly at night...making it difficult to sleep in hot weather...staff unwilling to take this seriously despite several complaints. ❌Old fashioned decor and furnishings needs a serious update. ❌poor breakfast choices for vegetarian/ lactose intolerant people. Good selection of meat, cheese, eggs if you eat them. It looked like day old chopped fruit cucumber and tomato in breakfast area. In theory breakfast in until 10 but don't get there after 9 if you want a croissant! ❌ sometimes grumpy staff at reception. ❌very disappointing as we were there two weeks due to the claimed 4 Star rating and the high Scoring reviews on this we site. We won't be going back.
