Fiesta Resort Central Pacific - All Inclusive

Big room, comfy bed. Bad amenities. Bad food Tons of pools and clean Staff is courtegeous Chekin is a desaster. They put everybody in the amphytheater and its a big mess. This hotel doesn't match to other VIPs (status not recognized)

Es un todo incluido de pesima calidad, la piscina y areas si estan muy bien. Las habitaciones mal el a/c no trabajaba y ni el telefono funcionaba

Its worth it if you stay at the property the majority of the time and take advantage of what the resort is about but if your traveling to go explore Costa Rica, its not worth it. Food at the buffet was terrible, they had theme nights and the food each time was not worth it, terrible. The rooms etc are a little run down and could use some upgrades. The staff was friendly and helpful. The specialty restaurant Maconda was delicious.

Was a great place to stay!

Hotel itself had acceptable cleanliness and rooms were comfortable. The layout of the hotel was fine but minimal activities other than the pool. There were no amenities at the ocean. The food was terrible and we could not eat the buffet. Only the two speciality restaurants had reasonable food. The drinks were all watered down and had minimal alcohol. It seemed that this resort is for locals.

Food was really bad

Would not recommend this place. Staff was mostly helpful, but the whole thing had the feel of a run-down cruise ship on land. Lots of "this area reserved for people paying even more money". The very first thing we dealt with was being told that, because they were missing the ages for our kids (somehow), it would cost an extra $100 per night. Luckily we were only staying one night. Otherwise that would have been quite the disaster. This felt like false advertising. Our room had no wifi signal at all. We asked the staff about this and they mostly just shrugged. Towels cost $20 (USD) each if you don't return them. We therefore had to guard our $80 worth of pool towels with our lives. The pools were pretty cool though. Costa Rica has been a blast with tons of great hotels, friendly people, and fun times, but this place was definitely the low point.

A lady in kitchen was so rude about to take "tortillas". Other staff personnel was great.

El hotel es un lugar aceptable con comida aceptable y servicios aceptables.. sí se quedan cortos en cuanto al tema de reservación en los restaurantes a la carta porque me indicaron que no había disponibilidad en ninguno de los días apenas yo iba entrando.. igual supuestamente tenía un layout hasta las 3 de la tarde para hacer check out y al final esto se prestó para confusión.. deberían manejar este concepto mejor para los clientes que tienen etiquetados como premium.. por lo demás es un lugar muy cerca y por la tarifa está bien

The property was decent. The rooms need an overhaul. They are old, and the water went out at one point. I will say where this resort thrived was its food. The buffet was fantastic & changed every night so you didn’t get tired of the menu (we stayed 9 days). The restaurants they had within the resort were also solid. We had a car which is certainly preferable as a tourist in Costa Rica. It’s very safe and I wasn’t met with one aggravated local. All love, and willingness to share their culture. The staff was also great. Very accommodating and friendly. The bar closes early and the adult bar also only allows you to order if you have seat, and all of the nights we stayed it was full… so if you don’t get there early you’ll likely be waiting. Overall great experience, I would definitely go back to Costa Rica, the resort was good value.
