玄関に段差の間仕切りがあり、外の靴のエリアと明確に分かれていたり、部屋は大きなソファーがあったり、浴室とトイレが分かれていたり、日本人としてはとても過ごしやすい作りでした。フロントの方の対応もよかったです。ただ、バスローブはあれど、寝巻き(浴衣)がなく少々不便に思ったのと、ビジネスでチェックアウト後，テレワークしたい場合、周りに喫茶店等はない所なので(マックはありますが)、せっかく広いロビーがあるので、そこにデスクを設置して利用させていただけると有り難いと感じました。ただ快適な滞在でした、有難うございました。

ロビーでのコーヒーのサービスがコロナを理由に廃止されていましたが、お部屋でのドリップコーヒを置いていただきたい。廊下に設置の給水機の水が空っぽでした。また、その水は、水道水のようだったので、どこの水なのか、表示してほしい。
