Not changing our towels in our room after put them on the floor to change Toilet wouldn't flush properly and water wasn't hot in the shower, also constantly asking for pool towels also dead bolt broken on door. Overall feel hotel needs a full revamp and could be so much better

The location was very good.

The photos of the rooms were not like it really is. There were lots of bogan families with lots of children. Noisy at the swimming pool. The bathroom was smelly and not to a very high standard.

Snapped up three times the room was tested mosquitoes. Furniture was dirty. The sink was leaking from the bottom wall at the bottom of the drain. It was dirty. It was disgusting and we left the hotel. I had had an operation and I had a sterile environment. it was the worst place I stayed in Bali 11 times.

Yes , the rooms are "very" tired. The mattresses are way past their use by dates & thats being polite !. In our first room the toilet was broken away from the floor, not nice. But is was a ground floor room near the pool as requested - never again. About 12 mtrs from our front door was a boom box type speaker. From around 10am to about 8pm every day. The same boomp boomp music droned in. Closed door with tv shows on , still way too loud. It would have been near worth it if we could have enjoyed the pool. But the water looked foggy. And with the swim up bar - no thnx. When we got a room change near the gardens , a couple of Neighbours mentioned they had used the pool & now had sore eyes and ears.Hmm, say no more. The second room was more spacious & a little tidier in condition. But still very tired. With the front door lock being repaired 4 times & no less that 8 TV change outs. On top of that , one day we had (Black) water come out of the bathroom tap...Yes, Black !!. And the bedfing needs a serious wash too. Yukko. In all, we had some interesting conversations with different members if the management staff. In trying to help sort out various problems , they did seem fairly genuine. But seriously lacking in results. The breakfast was usually pretty good as were all the ground staff in general. Yes, the location is very convenient for most daily wants & needs. But in 25 years we have stayed there twice now. If they spent as much in the rooms as they have the extensions at the front to sell booze & food , we might stay again one day. But for now , not a chance. Our travel agent (Stayforlong) said they contacted the hotel to sort out some of the issues we were experiencing. That certainly made NO difference what so ever. So if they did indeed try - it eas a waste of time. Not impressed at all !!!!.

Hotel is located in the heart of Legian. Hotel has great amenities such as pool and play ground for kids and staff are lovely.
