Legian Paradiso Hotel

The location is amazing and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well positioned in this large garden type facility. The aircon works well. The breakfast has everything you could ask for. The gardens are beautiful. This hotel is good value for money.

This is all constructive feedback and is not to meant to discourage customers who need to realise this hotel has been in business for a long time and is showing its age. The rooms would benefit from paint and repair. A lot of thing in the rooms are old. Wardrobe doors hinges don't close well without slamming. Electric kettle lid and fridge shelves broken. Things that only require small costs to fix. The lighting is dim in every room, common problem in Bali. The pool needs work. I have stayed here many times and this time the water was murky and it was impossible to see the bottom of the pool clearly and there is a skimmer valve that if you get too close will buise you with the suction force. These are required to have a cover in Australia for safety. I understand that closing a pool for maintenance puts off customers but this pool needs work including the pool lounges. The bed was very hard. Internet is OK for Bali. I really love this hotel but owners need to put some time and money into making this the amazing hotel it used to be.

Breakfast was fantastic and well worth it. Best part of the whole stay. Great food and plenty of choices. But exactly the same every day. Tour Guide found in the lobby near check in where you can hire a driver guide for 1/2 day or full day was also excellent. There's only one though. He will take pictures of you with his camera and/or yours and send them to you. Not cheap to hire him but worth it. You select the locations you want to go or he can help you map out where you want to go.

Trying to overcharge me for same room multiple times on my charge card, blew poisonous DT gas into my face and all over my body while trying to get into my room, eaten alive by mosquitos nightly, internet doesn't work at all & other guests had the same complaints, claimed their was a safe in advertising yet arrived to no safe in the room, they had to out one in, staff was NOT cooperative when trying to correct their defective issues, eye rolling, nasty looks, and under the breath comments. Not a good experience all around. Would not recommend this place.

Close to everything and pool was nice

Room very old and outdated, small from the tap water everytime turned a tap on and food was the same every day and cold.

The rooms need upgrading and new towels and linen as bed sheet had stains and towels were grey. Breakfast was not very nice

The Legian Paradiso was a fantastic choice and genuinely exceeded expectations for the price. Our room was impressively spacious, and the staff across the entire property were warm, attentive, and always happy to help — from guest services right through to the pool area team. Speaking of the pool, it’s a highlight. The bar kept things fun without the eye-watering prices you often find at resort hotels, and the facilities are well-maintained considering the hotel’s age — clearly a property that takes pride in itself. The onsite massage was another pleasant surprise — quality treatment at a very reasonable price, no tourist markup in sight. All up, excellent value for money and a stay we genuinely enjoyed. We’d absolutely return.

Showers could do with upgrade , wasn’t given clean pillow cases however I’m not too precious about that .

Awesome staff, great value and location. Food was great too!

WiFi very bad everywhere in resort and place needs updating

Wi fi was not available in all areas as advertised. I needed to down grade my room to have decent wifi service and I had to wait 4 days to change rooms. The other rooms offered could not receive wifi when the balcony door was closed. There were no sockets near the bed, again as advertised. I did not receive any apology or compensation for having to downgrade my bedroom.
