Parkeergarage onder het hotel. Mooie lobby en bar. Vriendelijk personeel.

Men was vergeten de laatste dag voor vertrek onze kamer te verzorgen, de electronisch sleutels werkten niet meer, geen schone handdoeken, etc. Drie keer receptie moeten raadplegen. Voor dat ongemak (kan gebeuren) hadden wel een kleine compensatie verwacht zoals een drankje in de bar. Een ander punt: de vloer van douche is gevaarlijk glad.

Mooi hotel en een schitterend ontbijt.

De wandelafstand naar de Altstad is toch wel langer dan verwacht. De parking onder het hotel voor 1 dag vind ik duur.

De locatie, een voormalige brouwerij, de lobby is heel mooi

De muren bij het binnenkomen van onze kamer aan de kant van de badkamer waren vies De toilet zit achter de badkamerdeur verstopt

A beautiful and well located hotel

The airco didn’t work and we had to switch rooms. That was a big inconvenience with a toddler past bedtime

Besonders freundliches Personal, wir sind erst spät in der nacht angekommen und er Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir hatten unsere Schlüssel sofort. Ausserdem hatten wir noch ein gratis Upgrade.

The building is purely amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the size of the room was beyond expectations! Plus the famous breakfast was the cherry on top of the cake. Highly recommended

We chose the NH due to its proximity to the station and the old town. It is about a 10-15 min walk to the edge of the old town and 30 mins to the market square. Our room was spacious, well lit, clean with a small balcony ( which we didn’t use unfortunately). The bathroom was well appointed but the shower was over the bath and not as powerful as we would have liked. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent with a wide choice plus options that you could order. We had a cocktail in the bar on one evening and they were excellent.
