NH Collection Heidelberg

I think everything was fine and met expectation maybe also a little bit more. We appreciated the staff support first of all. Car park under the hotel is a big value. Breakfast is excellent (incredible). Tram stop at 5 minutes walking. Hotel also easily reachable with the car.

Ein wenig weit von Zentrum, zu Fuß nicht so optimal, aber das Hotel selbst ist super! Von Hand geschriebene Begrüßung, Willkommenscocktails, Freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer, sauber, hervorragendes Frühstück mit Sekt, verschiedenen Sorten von Smoothies, Lachs mit Eiersalat, Pancakes, verschiedene Sorten Tee in Teekannen serviert, leckeres Gebäck, Brot, Brötchen, frisches Obst und Gemüse und so weiter... Sauna und Fitness haben wir nicht genutzt. Praktisch auch - ein Italiener vor der Tür.

部屋にコーヒーメーカー・ポット、無料の水、歯磨きセットもあり、設備・アメニティは問題なかった。ハイデルベルク駅と旧市街の真ん中辺りだが、バスの停留所も徒歩数分なので、どちらにもアクセスはしやすい。朝食のメニューが豊富で美味しかった。

ホテル近くにスーパーやレストランは少なかった。

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο με πολύ ωραίο σχεδιασμό, με πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο δωμάτιο με όλες τις παροχές. Και με ενα θαυμάσιο πρωινό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και εξαιρετικές γεύσεις. Συνολικά προσέφερε υπηρεσίες πενταμελούς σε τιμή πολύ ανταγωνιστικη.

Second time stay after 10 years. The interior renovations have improved in that time and is sleek and modernised. Bar staff and breakfast staff downstairs were very friendly. Great incentive and eco-credentials for not putting towels out for newly fresh ones every day. I would stay again in future!
